Central Logistic Solutions is a national truck driver staffing firm, proudly providing safety-minded staffing solutions to the commercial transportation industry. We work with hundreds of professional truck drivers each day presenting them with driving opportunities that match their personal life styles. The carriers we work with come to us to find top-notch drivers on their behalf. We do this by gathering the information of professional truck drivers and then presenting them with open driving positions that meet their skill-set and requirements.

CLS is looking for Hiring Specialist who are;

· Passionate about recruiting top talent with your high level of energy, positive & upbeat attitude.

· Ecstatic to be able to work virtually from home but have the support of a team! You are confident, resourceful and a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and don’t require someone looking over your shoulder all day.

· Love to engage through networking and communicating driver opportunities with your take action and proactive approach

· Have a positive nature, choosing to focus on the brighter side. You see opportunity within a challenge!

· Be your own ‘Boss’ as you will be a 1099 employee.

· Work closely with the Company’s Safety and Operation Teams to ensure proper screening, evaluation and utilization of candidates.

· Follow through with candidates to advise them of the progress of their application (additional information needed, verification of questionable results and advising of approval/denial).

· Drive vision, strategy and oversee the execution of a ‘WOW’ journey at all touchpoints.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

· 1+ years working from home preferred

- Work minimum of 6 hours a day M-F anytime between the hours of 7 AM CST to 7 PM CST

· Exercise good judgment and decision making abilities

· Strong organization and follow-up skills

· 1+ years of driver recruiting preferred where sound judgment, initiative, achieving metrics and tactful communication were demonstrated

· Pleasant but assertive-persuasive telephone personality

· Interviewing skills to include the ability to listen and analyze answers, and ask appropriate questions

· Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility
