About the job

You will be working in a heavy and fast paced manufacturing facility. The working environment is indoors but is subject to the temperature weather environment. The provided safety gear is top quality to make sure you are protected at all times. Training will be available so you do not need to be a welder to do this job. After 90 days you will be the position changes to a union-based position and cab earn bonus pay based on your performance! This is the start to your prosperous career!

Shifts:

• 1st shift to start with for 2-3 weeks but WILL transition to 2nd shift after that (mandatory). 1st shift hours are 6:30 am-3:30 pm

• 2nd Shift hours are 4p- 1:30a Monday to Thursday (30 minute break) 9 hours a day.
• They receive OT on any hours over 8 in a day.
• Fridays are an 8 hour day (OVERTIME ONLY GIVEN AS A REWARD FOR A HARD WORK)
• Saturdays are 6-8 hours ( * GIVEN ONLY to the hard workers as an incentive – for overtime * )

We are based in Northern Virginia with projects spanning the DMV, and is searching for individuals to join their team! They do year-round commercial/industrial construction and this position is in the water/wastewater industry.

Acerca del trabajo

Trabajará en una instalación de fabricación pesada y de ritmo rápido. El ambiente de trabajo es interior pero está sujeto a la temperatura ambiente del clima. El equipo de seguridad provisto es de primera calidad para garantizar que esté protegido en todo momento. Habrá capacitación disponible para que no necesite ser soldador para hacer este trabajo. ¡Después de 90 días, usted será el cambio de puesto a un puesto basado en sindicato y el taxi ganará un pago de bonificación basado en su desempeño! ¡Este es el comienzo de su próspera carrera!

Turnos:

1er turno para comenzar durante 2-3 semanas, pero pasará al 2do turno después de eso (obligatorio). El horario del primer turno es de 6:30 a. m. a 3:30 p. m.
El horario del segundo turno es de 4 p. m. a 1:30 a. m. de lunes a jueves (descanso de 30 minutos) 9 horas al día.
Reciben OT en cualquier horario sobre las 8 del día.
Los viernes son un día de 8 horas (HORAS EXTRA ÚNICAMENTE DADA COMO RECOMPENSA POR UN TRABAJO DURO)
Los sábados son de 6 a 8 horas (* DADO SOLO a los trabajadores duros como incentivo - por horas extras *)
