Our Weekend RN Supervisor provides outstanding mentoring and leadership to our nursing team to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care to our residents. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing, training, and managing a successful and fulfilled team. We are looking for an Weekend RN Supervisor to work a day and evening shift on Saturday and Sunday. You'll work 32 hours, but get paid for 40 hours!

Registered Nurse Supervisor duties include:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Registered Nurse Skills and requirements:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) which must be in good standing.
• CPR Certified.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferably in a health care setting.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
