  • Those that successfully pass the interview process and are offered a position will be required to take an on-site drug screen (we do not test for THC).

Please be advised that 1st and 2nd shift employees alternate shift schedules on a monthly basis. Meaning, if you start out on 1st shift in your first month, you will be switched to 2nd shift the next month. All 3rd shift employees do not have to switch shifts.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM - 2:30PM, with overtime if needed

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM - 11:30PM, with overtime if needed

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:30PM - 6AM, with overtime if needed

**Shift start and end times may vary up to 30 minutes.**

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for executing Inbound, Outbound, or Special Project tasks related to centralized fulfillment, international consolidations, returns or stash fulfillment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient in basic computer skills.

Intermediate written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient listening and comprehension skills with an attention for detail.

Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.

Ability to maintain a steady pace throughout shift.

Takes initiative and understands sense of urgency.

Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends and evenings.

Picking of all orders meeting our Service Level Agreement.

Putting away merchandise daily, and helping meet our Service Level Agreement.

General knowledge of the daily operations of how a VAS line works.

Sorting and organizing new product by SKU, then prepping product properly to be put away.

Knowing how to read and understand Web Job Tickets and working the ticket properly.

Strong multi-tasking skills, that include knowing how to sort and prep different types of products.

Possessing an outgoing and energetic attitude with a good sense of humor.

Understanding and adhering to our attendance policy.

Being flexible and able to adapt to change.

Respecting and following company guidelines and rules.

Being able to work independently and collectively.

Possessing patience and empathy with a passion for helping others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift from floor to above the head, 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift.
  • Ability to use hands to handle or feel product.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, twist, and reach.
  • Ability to work in warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery.
  • Ability to work in varied temperatures, both indoors and outdoors.
