Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for maintaining records for daily reports, performance maintenance on pumps and other equipment with minimal or no supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with truck drivers
• Checking loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal
• Proactively monitoring water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters
• Daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions
• Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitoring and account for skim oil volumes removed from facility
• Tracking pump pressures
• Coordinate with trucking companies on delivery of saltwater
• Monitoring drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements
• Reporting safety and environmental issues to management

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of Salt-Water Disposal Operator experience
• Must be knowledgeable with O&G Production Operations
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of PD pumps, Quinniplex pumps, H pumps, & Centrifugal pumps and working oil
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Excel) and simple mathematical calculations
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Must live within 50 miles Midland, Texas
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including: background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.74 - $30.00 per hour
