Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

• Count and packaging parts.
• Use scales when needed.
• Assemble parts as they come over from production using an install machine or hammer.
• Package parts to customer specifications using a computer for guidance.
• Palettize product in preparation for shipping.
• Enter in order numbers and closing out lots associated with orders, using computer software.
• Pull orders and enter inventory into racking as needed.
• Pallet jack and hand truck use.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Package all products and product lines.
• Support, learn and implement 5S, Lean, Business Excellence, 6 Sigma.
• Effective and safe operation of equipment by adhering to the SKF Production system.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate through proper channels as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and supervisors in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• A high school education or equivalent.
• Basic Math skills required.
• Capacity to work all needed overtime to achieve department production goals.
• Competency with computer software applications appropriate for this job.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in the English Language.

Expectations and Skills:

• Ability to learn all functions and processes in warehouse.
• Employees must have good communication skills, reading, writing and understanding of English language.
• Employees are required to maintain a good attendance record, in alignment with SKF attendance policies.
• Employees are required to follow all SKF and legal Safety, Environmental, and Health requirements at all times.
• Comply with policies and maintain a positive work environment.
