Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will be ultimately responsible for all facets of your warehouse. You will be working to meet daily shipping goals and overall smooth operation of the facility.

  • You need strong administrative abilities.
  • You will be ensuring that appropriate training is being done for all new and existing employees.
  • You will be ultimately responsible/accountable for all purchasing, receiving, and shipping done in the branch.
  • You and your team will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
  • You will need strong Microsoft skills.
  • You will need management experience.
  • You will be ensuring that the ISO Quality Program is being followed.
  • You will be working closely with the sales team to support the targeting of new business opportunities.
  • You will be working closely and communicating with other branch managers and corporate.
  • You will be running daily reports: open customer orders, open purchase orders, and open transfer orders.
  • You will be responsible for filling in when someone is absent.
  • You will be ensuring that the physical facility is in good working order, equipment and supplies needed are acquired and available.
  • You will be looking for ways to streamline and improve the overall processes and costs for the facility.

  • Strong warehousing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

  • Skills in the departments of purchasing, sales, and quality
