POSITION – Warehouse Worker | Order Picker
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –
Conveyable Shipping
1st shift 6:45a-3:15p, Mon-Fri
2nd shift 3:45p-12:15a, Mon-Fri
STARTING PAY – $17.05-$19.55/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None
While working in the Warehouse in the Conveyable Shipping, you will be responsible for working with a scanner and a tablet to get product into totes an onto and off of conveyors.
Responsibilities:
- Depalletizing and palletizing products of various dimensions and weight
- Working inside a warehouse to take product off racks and place into totes on conveyor system
- Using a voice pick system to sort packages and place on conveyor
- Stacking products on pallets and wrapping pallet
Qualifications:
- Consistently lifting and moving 20 lbs.
- Team lifting items over 50 lbs.
- Lifting product up to 7 ft. tall
- Great attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for entire shift, including walking, bending, twisting
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling
- Good reading and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.05 - $19.55 per hour
