C.C. Creations, Texas' largest custom screen print company, is seeking a full-time Vice President of Warehouse Operations.C.C. Creations has been in business for 40 years and has more than 600 employees. We are a dynamic company known for our casual, team-oriented work environment. Our production facility is in Bryan, TX and houses our technologically advanced screen print and embroidery production along with our graphic design, accounting, manufacturing operations, and HR teams. Sales, marketing, trophies & awards division and retails stores are located in our modern and inviting College Station office. Our varied clientele and product offerings allow us stability and growth even during changing market conditions. We are experiencing rapid growth and in 2023 we will be moving into our 210,000 sq. ft. state of the art Legacy Campus Production Facility in Bryan, TX.

We are looking for a strong leader to take our Warehouse Operations to the next level.
Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of warehouse operations in our Bryan, TX facility. Warehouse operations include inventory control, shipping, receiving, and sales order processing. You will create and implement operations strategies, structure, and processes.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Assess financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and determine areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor the warehouse operations management team.
• Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, with 5 – 10 years of work experience in operations, inventory control, or related field.
• OR 10+ years of related work experience
• Strong background in managing manufacturing teams

Benefits
This full-time position has regular scheduled hours of 8 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Extended hours beyond the normal schedule may be required including some weekends as necessary. The dress code is casual.
