Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the voice of the customer by understanding their needs through collaboration and effectively translating to the organization
  • Define & refine commercial strategy for products within the product catalog
  • Help to define customer segmentation
  • Focus on customer journey across & through the entire product catalog
  • Guide product roadmap including identification of potential innovation opportunities
  • Work to bring service-oriented products to market
  • Empower Sales by bringing effective solutions and services to market
  • Set base pricing defined using market & competitive research as well as unit economics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define & refine product positioning
  • Lead team and influence organization to complete product related projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization to deliver valued products to our customers
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company strategic initiatives, activities, and processes as well as industry trends
  • Perform other related duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant study preferred
  • 10+ years of commercially leading product or other related experience preferred
  • 5+ years of logistics experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodology required

  • Visionary leader able to communicate message effectively to direct & indirect reports
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and mediate with all levels of management within the company

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Travel

  • Travel as required with an expectation of approximately 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
