The VP (Product Implementation) position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and managing the implementation of new and/or enhanced products and services offered by the Merchant business unit, which includes processing platforms. This position is also responsible for project management within the Merchant business unit, serving as the subject matter expert and internal project manager, which includes evaluating current processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.

Essential Functions:

• Manages the identification, evaluation and implementation of new or enhanced products and services
• Develops business cases for new products and services
• Presents business cases for new products and services to Executive Management, and appropriate Committees
• Manages Merchant business unit projects, and for those projects where PMO is engaged, serves as the subject matter expert/internal project manager for those endeavors
• Identifies process inefficiencies within the Merchant business unit
• Manages implementation of identified process changes across the business unit

Manages ad hoc projects and assignments as deemed necessary by management
Manages and leads various key projects as needed

Compliance with Laws & Regulations:

• Responsible for complying with all of the Bank’s internal control policies and procedures
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject
• Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business is required, four (4) years’ experience accepted in lieu of education requirement.
• Ten (10) years’ experience in Merchant platforms or a related experience leading large business unit projects is required.
• Five (5) years’ managerial experience is required.
