Responsibilities
- Manage inbox inquiries with accounts and customers
- Coordinate delivery with customers
- Maintain record of daily call logs and trip info
- Schedule driver's trips and ensure timely ETAs
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of local roadways and trucking
- Organizational skills
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Familiar with dispatch software as well as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Customer service
