Pay: Hourly, $32.18 based on experience, overtime paid at 1.5X. Pay raises are laid out twice per year, through 2024, in the current CBA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Job Functions:
  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
  • Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months of commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical.
  • Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
  • Basic English skills verbally and writing to use equipment read road signs, and communicate with customers.
Driving Record Requirements:
  • No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations.
  • No more than one of these may be a serious as defined by DOT (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, homicide/assault, eluding police, at fault offense, refusing a breathalyzer test, committing a felony with a vehicle) violation or the result of an accident - company or private vehicle; No DUI convictions within past three years, regardless of the type of vehicle operated; no driver's license suspension within past three years (insurance and overweight tickets are excluded); and no termination by a previous employer for failure to comply with safety regulations or for accident involvement.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required.
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
