Transport driver Job at KBI Staffing Solutions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Drive rider to and from scheduled destinations.
Transporting clients to appointments, treatments and dialysis utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manor.
Assist clients as needed to safely enter and exit the vehicle and to and from their destinations.
Effectively communicate with dispatch regarding schedule progress promptly respond to instructions.
Maintain a professional image and attitude in regard to clients and coworkers.
Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Complete each transport safely while following federal, state, and local laws and in accordance with company policies and rules.
Complete required paperwork and properly document each trip per policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe and clean vehicle free of odors (Smoke-free vehicle).
Please note this position requires physical demand requiremen ts :

Frequent lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds

If mostly sitting is involved will require push/pull on arm and leg controls. Expressing or exchanging ideas by spoken word or perceiving sound by ear good eyesight for production or safety of self and others.

Must be able to walk, sit, stand, or bend for extended periods of time.

Are you capable to work under stressful conditions; ability to analytically observe, and objectively and clearly report routine and nonroutine, emergency and non-emergency activities.
