Position Summary

The Total Rewards Specialist is accountable for Brand compensation, benefits & financial recognition plans, programs and the execution of all processes and procedures, across the full Supply Chain which encompasses multiple entity plans/programs. The role serves as a key business partner for functional business and HR leaders to help build the broader strategy for all compensation, benefits & financial recognition programs for the Brand.

The Total Rewards Specialist designs and implements compensation, benefit & financial recognition plan procedures and practices that are cost-effective and aligned with the vision and culture of the organization.

Accurately manages compensation, benefit & financial recognition programs that attract, retain, motivate, and develop associates to create a competitive advantage.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

· Partners with Brand or functional HR Team to develop Total Rewards & recognition strategies and plans in support of business goals and objectives.

· Leads projects and provides subject matter expertise to the Brand or function ensuring activities and tasks are completed on time, accurately and within budget. Recommends and secures resources to ensure projects are staffed and if required, determine if external consultants are needed.

· Coordinates and participates in a variety of research and analysis efforts to ensure Total Rewards programs stay competitive to the market and are cost effective to the organization. This includes operational incentive programs, financial recognition programs and benefit and wellness offerings, across corporate and operational teams that possess different goals / motivations / targets.

· Drives the development of a comprehensive wellness strategy for Supply Chain, with a strong operational focus.

· Strong proficiency in Total Rewards & recognition processes, procedures, and policies. Catalyst for generating ideas to improve efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities. a recognized expert in all aspects of Total Rewards processes and systems.

· Monitors and analyzes the performance of the Total Rewards and financial recognition programs such as merit and STI, benefits claims spend, vendor performance, benefits administration call center.

· Partners with Total Rewards Administration on areas of expertise to ensure offerings are well-developed and compliant with regulations.

· Develops and maintains relationships with competitors without compromising proprietary information.

Basic Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

· 5-7 years of Compensation and/or Benefits experience or significant proven analytical experience.

· Advanced MS Excel skills.

Preferred Qualification

· Human Resource Certification (CCP, SHRM, etc.).

· HR systems knowledge.

· Reporting tools knowledge.

Skills and Abilities

· Communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, and vendors; ability to negotiate and influence.

· Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources into coherent analysis and recommendation.

· Intermediate MS Office skills.

· Able to handle multiple priorities.

· Maintain high level of confidentiality.

· Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year

Schedule:
