We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team in Broken Arrow, OK!

As a Territory Development Representative at Rexel, you’ll be focused on proactive customer engagements, with a focus on increasing active customers, SKU’s and expanding our digital presence in the marketplace. You’ll work with a Territory Support Specialist to obtain, track and measure customer contacts, new leads, and sales calls. If you’re an energetic, outgoing personality that enjoys meeting new people, growing/improving customer relationships, reaching new people on the web, via social media and phone, this position teaming with others for growth will be rewarding, whether this is your first career role in sales or step along the career path.


Other Activities Include, But Not Limited To

You’ll make valuable contributions to help develop and communicate collateral and documentation around customer development and communication methodologies along with data analytics and best practices for information sharing and learning. You’ll be able to engage business leaders and generate support for the program, and be involved with networking and territory expansion strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field preferred
  • Relevant work or life experience desired, but not required
  • Recent graduates encouraged with a GPA of 3.0 or higher desired

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Organizational Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs
  • Good listener who can take what they hear and make recommendations to leaders to drive improvement
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of people to gather feedback and share information
