We are looking to add a Tennis Sports Boutique/Café Associate to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission

The Pro Shop Assistant part would consist of all the responsibilities below:

· Assist our racquet sports department

· Answering Phones

· Assist our snack bar

· Process all orders and charges in the retail shop and snack bar

· Monitor customer experience platform to provide prompt, personalized, and complete resolutions to customer questions and requests

· Manage a professional and positive relationships with our members and guests

· Other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

· Experience in MS Office

· Detail-oriented

· Excellent written communication by email and verbal communication skills

· Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues

· High School Diploma

Physical Demands and Work Environment

· Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds

· Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time

· Must be able to move around tennis courts, fields, etc.

· Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holiday
