Our Connected Benefits Solution (CBS) delivers Benefit Administration consulting to support our clients and prospects in the search and selection of BenAdmin technology for their organization. What the day will look like


As a CBS Technology Analyst, you will work independently on assigned clients and projects, supporting operational efficiency and technology solutions. You will manage projects of significant size and complexity from beginning to end and work seamlessly with a global team of virtual colleagues focused on client delivery, client satisfaction and client retention.

In this role, you will operate as part
of a multi-faceted, forward-thinking team whose goal is to deliver innovative and effective solutions within our Connected Benefits Solutions practice, supporting benefits administration consulting solutions for clients and prospects and collaborating with clients, BenAdmin partners and Aon internal and external teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong relationship management vendor and client management, internal and external clients), project management expertise, resourceful and creative problem solver with analytical/critical thinking skills, and the ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Tech savvy – must have high level of comfort with learning the backroom process of our partners, unique technology platform capabilities and navigating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and maneuver through the challenges of a Benefits Administration System; adept with “getting in the weeds” and being system self-reliant to communicate and manage delivery of a seamless experience for our clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to lead client meetings and created and deliver presentations; demonstrate an ability to manage difficult situations and conversations with clients and Aon colleagues with a consultative approach
  • Bachelor’s degree (desired) plus 3+ years’ experience with a BenAdmin vendor;
  • Health & Benefit License a plus (will be required to obtain within 6 months of employment);
  • Availability to travel up to 10%

The target salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
