The Documentation Writer is a flexible, reliable, ambitious writer who fully understands and articulates the values of the company and its products. In this job, you'll work both independently and as part of writing, product development and support teams, confidently managing a variety of interests while interacting with engineers, product managers and other writers. You will become an expert on at least one product, using discipline and perseverance to create informative, accurate and lively content.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Research, write, publish and maintain high quality help content.
• Manage the production, publishing, and localization hand-off of your documentation
• Collaborate with product and content experts, including engineering, product, and UX
• Identify and utilize user needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Research, write, publish and maintain high quality help content.
• Manage the production, publishing, and localization hand-off of your documentation.
• Collaborate with product and content experts, including engineering, product, and UX
• Identify and utilize user needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Three to five years of relevant work experience, ideally creating Help content for enterprise users
• Three years of experience writing documentation in a production environment.
• Content management systems and/or help tools experience.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the digital advertising space and related products a strong plus.
• At least five years of relevant experience, such as technical or marketing writing, product documentation or online publishing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process.
