Jerry Pittman is hiring an Industrial/Technical Recruiter in Vancleave, MS.
Purpose
The Recruiter will collaborate with clients on a regular basis and proactively match candidates to open positions with different clients. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals.
Functions
Must have experience with high-volume recruiting (technical/industrial recruiting)
Will help lead the utilization of job boards, applicant tracking system and other resources to proactively source candidates
Will lead and develop partnerships with client recruiters to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service
Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities
Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/candidates through the application process
Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner
Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
Create and maintain recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences
Will support less experienced Recruiters with processes, time management, and training on the ATS
· Greet guests and visitors
· Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate person
· Send and manage email communications
· Assist in maintaining social media sites
· Bi-weekly office cleaning
· Must possess a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, positive attitude, and grit.
Qualifications
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Five years of experience as a Recruiter is preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Strong candidate generation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00-5:00) 12:30-1:30 Lunch
START DATE: Monday, April 17, 2023
DURATION: 3 months, with the chance of being permanent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
