Tech Support Analyst II Job at City of Topeka
The City of Topeka is seeking qualified applicants for a Tech Support Analyst II. The position is responsible for data operations management and analysis of the Technical Support Group's enterprise services utilizing a suite of software including Esri and Cityworks. This position will serve as a main contact for cataloging, organizing, dissemination, maintenance, and health of TSG data. Responsibilities include business and operation analytics, maintenance plans, portfolio management, reporting, and forecasting; for analyzing the system for areas of improvement and evaluating integrated solutions; for the development of plans and actions to improve the system or integrate new solutions and provides user training and works with geospatial information in relation to the system. This position will act as a liaison for enterprise initiatives including providing data and analytics for open data portals, as well as asset management data collection and activities.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, GIS, geography, computer science, or closely related discipline; a combination of education and experience that is equivalent to the minimum qualifications is acceptable, graduate hours or degree are an asset. Must have at least three years of related experience in a data management field and requires problem solving abilities, good interpersonal abilities and excellent organizational skills. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and City insurable driving record, Kansas license required within six months of hire date.
Entry salary: $47,746 to $53,713, DOQ.
