Family run candy company in business since 1905. We are looking for a hands on supervisor that leads by example. First shift, full time, and year-round. This individual would be overseeing 12+ depending on production needs. Ability to track production. Production area is well lit, heated, and air conditioned. We have plenty of off-street parking. Factory is near Albright College.
- adhere to GMP's and maintain a clean safe work environment.
- We are HACCP compliant and can train individual if needed.
- work force is predominately Spanish speaking. Bi-lingual is required.
- basic knowledge of excel is helpful
