Team Lead Position -Millinocket Job at Living Innovations

As a Team Leader for Living Innovations you will be responsible for supporting Living Innovations’ mission (stated above), vision, and values within the region you are responsible. To accomplish this you must role model LI values (outlined on our website) and provide supervision to all assigned staff. Responsible for assisting with staffing and scheduling of community connections/day programs assigned. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of all assigned services and programs for individuals supported in your office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
- Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to make well‐reasoned decisions, both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Must have an interest in assisting individuals in achieving personal outcomes
- Must possess good verbal, reading and written communications
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to successfully complete and apply trainings
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative standards related to services provided by the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
