Global Travel and Expense Management oversees all of the technology, processes, and systems that drive travel booking, expense settlement, credit card issuance, expense auditing, and end-user support in accordance with the guidelines of The Walt Disney Company’s Travel & Entertainment policy.

Responsibilities:

• Pull sample reports and perform quality review audits following the prescribed audit program (profile) and document findings, noting any exceptions where CAS audit results were incorrect, why findings were in error, and what the correct outcome should have been. Open any support cases to address issues identified and follow-through until case resolution

• Perform monthly and quarterly audits in high-risk areas to compliment the outsourced standard audits, such as duplicate reimbursements, Missing Receipt Affidavits, and Educational Reimbursement.

• Provide audit support to both end users and internal T&E teams through research and investigation, as well assist other T&E teams with overflow work, as necessary.

• Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOP), audit documentation for process audit trail, accuracy and cross-training.

• Conduct special internal audit assignments at leadership and Management Audit request.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial auditing in a large organization

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Exemplary interpersonal/customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated analytical skills

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Preferred Education:

• Master’s or MBA
