Job Title: System Support Specialist
Work Location: Washington, DC
Clearance Required: Secret

Responsibilities:

• Receive master image(gold image), once he has the image begins modifying. This is for Opennet, class and laptops.
• Add programs needed
• Update patches
• Update software
• Apply scheduled tasks to image
• Sysprep, capture, inject drivers and creation of master image
• Update work instructions for images.
• Updating task sequence for laptop image. (Needs some knowledge of MECM (SCCM) and how to do task sequences.)
• Risk management – Fixing vulnerabilities/patching.
• Working knowledge of scripting (Command prompt/batch files and Powershell).
