Sushi Helper Maki Maker Job at Sushi Hall
Sushi Hall, a new and casual neighborhood sushi restaurant in Lincoln Park, is seeking chef/maki maker to help provide guests with a phenomenal dining experience. We are a beautiful new restaurant that has already garnered press from Eater Chicago, Block Club Chicago and other publications. We’re looking for driven and dependable candidates who are eager to assemble maki rolls and make sushi in a high volume kitchen under the executive chef's direction. We are a motivated team and looking for someone who can cook quick and clean to provide beautiful and fresh sushi. The ideal candidate will have: -minimum 1 year chef/cook experience, sushi/maki rolls is preferred, but not required -a proactive team player with a strong attention to detail -comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen -full time flexible hours are required (including nights and weekends) -certifications required: food handler -competitive pay rate for your experience level $16-$25 Please email with work experience and availablilty to interview onsite between 11am-1pm on Wednesdays or Fridays.
