Surveyor Job at Coleman Worldwide Moving
The Surveyor manages quality scores for carriers and performs inspections of move location and identify supplies needed to complete move.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Make customer service calls and e-mails to customers after delivery
- Strategically schedule calls and e-mails
- Report daily call/e-mail activity
- Communicate with claims department to ensure customer is satisfied
- Visit customer’s location and walk through with customer
- Estimate total number of boxes, packing material, etc. will be needed to complete move efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with customer to alleviate any concerns or difficulties with the customer’s move process
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of company software
- Good computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of military move and claims process
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED
Working Conditions:
- Indoors
- Office Environment
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Frequent use of telephone
