What you would be doing
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships within the established distributor network
-
Develop and maintain effective inventories of Axis Communications entire product portfolio
-
Apply use of systematic reporting tools and reports to analytically manage daily responsibilities

Collaborate with Demand Planning Team to establish and/or maintain processes to develop strategic product forecasts with distributors
-
Working alongside Axis Order Management and Logistics Team, managing processes to maximize stocking efficiencies with distributors
-
Utilize standard distribution communication activities to promote partnerships
-
Work with management team to execute strategic operational initiatives with distribution partners
-
Perform other related duties when assigned
As part of Axis’ Americas Operations, The Distribution Operations Team’s mission is to guide Axis’ Distributor Partners to develop and maintain effective inventory levels across the entire product portfolio – while collaborating with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, striving for Operational Excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing distribution operations relations for one of our largest Americas’ Distributors, to develop and maintain effective inventories to support Axis’ aggressive growth strategy within the distribution channel, as well as manage processes which support Axis Communications Americas’ Supply Chain Model.
You will work collaboratively with several internal functions to ensure our Distribution Partners receive superior customer service to continue building upon the established partnership. The position will require working cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Order Management and Logistics, Distribution Sales Account Managers, Channel Marketing, and Axis Sales teams.
