Supervisor, WCP Equipment Engineering Job at Analog Devices

Duties:
- Lead a team of technicians to meet functional area goals for tool performance metrics such as uptime, availability, MTBF, MWBF, MTTR, and product quality
- Manage daily tactical issues while setting priorities and assisting in strategic project delivery
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development for direct reports – build team health/effectiveness
- Sets high standards for themselves and their team – acts as a role model in the organization
- Ensure team compliance to factory expectations and systems.

- Actively partner with area Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Production management to ensure proper allocation of available workforce is being deployed to the highest priorities.
- Provide clear/concise communication to stakeholders up, down, and laterally across the organization
- Able to drive consistency and continuous improvement of maintenance practices and quality
- Minimum Qualifications
- BS Engineering degree with >5 years fab engineering experience or 10 years Fab. ER&M experience.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lead a team in a dynamic factory environment
- Demonstrated work history showing good logic, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Solid track record of execution and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing people and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in semiconductor equipment repair and maintenance.
- Prior experience recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees
