Duties:
  • Lead a team of technicians to meet functional area goals for tool performance metrics such as uptime, availability, MTBF, MWBF, MTTR, and product quality
  • Manage daily tactical issues while setting priorities and assisting in strategic project delivery
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and development for direct reports – build team health/effectiveness
  • Sets high standards for themselves and their team – acts as a role model in the organization
  • Ensure team compliance to factory expectations and systems.

  • Actively partner with area Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Production management to ensure proper allocation of available workforce is being deployed to the highest priorities.
  • Provide clear/concise communication to stakeholders up, down, and laterally across the organization
  • Able to drive consistency and continuous improvement of maintenance practices and quality
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • BS Engineering degree with >5 years fab engineering experience or 10 years Fab. ER&M experience.
  • Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lead a team in a dynamic factory environment
  • Demonstrated work history showing good logic, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid track record of execution and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing people and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Prior experience recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $69,600 to $95,700.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
