Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds Job at Parkway West Career and Technology Center
The Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds is a working supervisor position that is responsible for the operations of the custodial-maintenance department including, but not limited to, budget, staff evaluation, work assignments, ordering and receiving of supplies, maintenance and operations of all mechanical, HVAC/R, and electrical systems, and development and implementation of preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years full-time work related experience, excellent organizational and communications skills and the ability to lead groups and contribute to school leadership initiatives.
Associates degree and/or related technical degree/certification with experience, ability to plan for, facilitate and implement projects and initiatives, and preferred experience in educational setting.
Candidate must be able to obtain Acts 34, 114, 151 and 168 clearances if chosen for the position.
