Borton-Lawson is looking for a Structural Drafter to join our team. The position includes drafting and detailing of structural engineering projects and working with engineers and senior designers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafts structural drawings in AutoCAD Plant 3D and Cadworx
• Drafts detailed construction drawings, developing plans, sections
• Reviews and understands client and inhouse drafting standards before the start of a project
• Assemble and check drawing submission packages for internal and client reviews
• Familiar with Navisworks 3D models to interpret design basis and produce 2D drawings
• Familiar with pipe supports, pipe racks, connections and foundations
• Coordinate with other discipline engineers and designers on locations and routing

Required Experience:
An Associate Degree and 5 years of related drafting and design experience. Plant 3D or Cadworx experience is required.
