JOB SUMMARY:

The Ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and dedicated sales professional who has strong negotiating, and organizational skills. A proven track record of performing at or above sales quota and a detailed knowledge of industry trends.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and techniques
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales tactics according to interactions and observations made in the field
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all SKU categories
  • Performs other related duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented sales tactics
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion and professionalism
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of industry experience managing a high-volume territory
  • State law requires applicants to be at least 21 years of age
