ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare monthly and bi-weekly payroll journal entries. • Prepare investment journal entries. • Reconciliation of bank accounts. • Reconcile company credit cards and prepare journal entry.

• Cross-train in accounts payable and accounts receivable to serve as back-up. • Assist with month-end and other reporting. • Assist with year-end and other financial and compliance audits. • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Excel. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong computer skills. • Detail oriented, ability to follow directions, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently. • Able to perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, faxing and filing documents. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 1 to 3 years’ experience in accounting.
• Experience with accounting software, Dynamics Great Plains preferred. • Experience with non-profit organizations, senior living facilities, and managed care, a plus. St. Paul’s Benefits: • Health, dental, vision, life • Same day pay available!
