Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location
Kula, Maui
Pay
$21 to $29 an hour
Responsibilities
- Oversee full charge bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and verify accuracy.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts including fixed assets.
- Create journal entries.
- Other general accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiar with cloud-based storage systems for filing and organization accounting workflow.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
- Good with checklists.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Must be a team player who is willing to take direction and learn new skills.
