Overview

This position provides analytical support to the Treasury Department. It works to optimize global cash operations for Vectrus operations worldwide.

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

• Responsible for forecasting the daily cash position, funding all bank accounts, recording collections and ensuring completion of all authorized disbursements.
• Responsible for the daily reconciliation between the bank account activity and the forecasted activity.
• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating the Company's FX forecasted exposures. Execute FX contracts – Spot Buying/Selling of foreign currencies and recommendations of Forwards to hedge the Company's outstanding FX exposures.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the treasury management system including global bank account database and responsible for maintaining all bank account data including chart of accounts and authorized signers.
• Assists with administration of bank accounts and compliance to SOX controls.
• Assists with administration of the corporate insurance program.
• Responsible for deposits of manual checks received.
• Responsible for preparing accounting entries
• Manage bank fees including understanding cost drivers and providing reports
• Supports SOX testing, and internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide support for Treasury projects and assist in identifying cost savings opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.

Experience

• Six (6) years of directly related experience, preferably in Corporate Cash Management and/or Treasury.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba.
• Knowledge of FX Risk Management and Global Cash Management is preferred.

Colorado Salary Range

• $82,000 - $92,000
