Job Description:
North America's leading supplier of cement, aggregates, ready mix concrete, and asphalt. We have hundreds of plants and thousands of employees working across the United States and Canada.

The Sr. Sales Associate is based in Duluth, GA and reports directly to the VP, Cement Sales – Southeast Region.

This position will be responsible for administration and maintenance of the sales order and invoice processing for our Southeast Cement Region.

What you'll get to do

• Oversee and maintain all aspects of the sales order process and invoicing.
• Oversee pricing data and execute price changes as required by sales.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
• Assist the sales team and credit departments with requests from customers.
• Resolve customer billing issues and questions.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives on general business needs.
• Sign up accounts for electronic invoicing and SAP support.
• Assist sales staff, customer service and logistics management with special projects.
• Assist in various other projects as assigned.

Essential Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in construction products or a related field
• Efficient in SAP.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including MS Excel & Power Point.
• Attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good customer service/interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Ability to multitask responsibilities and prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
