Available Position for Solicitor - Marketing within the Insurance Industry. Full Time.

- Responsible for completing applications and documents related to the listing, issuance, endorsement and breakdown of products. Refers or channels with the Representatives or Supervisors cases outside the limits of authority.
- Daily records the information related to quotes, emissions, car policy endorsements and/or other products in the required systems and applications.
- Import and/or digitize the documents related to the quote, issuance, endorsements of policies and/or products, in the system and/or the required applications.
- Provides service to customers, dealers and/or producers, through support in the process of quoting, issuance, endorsement and breakdown of policies and/or other products as required.
- Participate and support talks offered at business referral centers. Identifies the need for topics and guidelines for dealer or producer resources.
- Participate in events and promotional and sales activities in various places and times, as required.
- Support agencies and producers in tracking claims and new policies.
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships.
- Promotes and supports marketing strategies of other business lines of the company.
- Receives payments and channels according to the procedure established by the Company for its management.
- Rotates between dealers in the business portfolio and supports other points of sale according to business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in Marketing of insurance products or combination of education and equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the company's business lines and products.
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate cases and make good decisions.
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet established dates. Management of several tasks simultaneously establishing priorities.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service and audience management.
