The primary purpose of this position is to determine the need for and provide social services to residents and family in the form of financial, emotional, personal and psychosocial support through counseling, consultation and referral as needed while safeguarding the rights and confidentiality of residents in accordance with state, federal, local and facility guidelines and regulations under the guidance of the Director of Social Service. Starting hourly compensation varies based on experience.
