The Role & You
Latino Media Network is seeking an innovative, creative, and strategic professional to be its Digital & Social Media Manager.

Reporting into the Senior Creative Lead, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media strategy and digital presence in alignment with LMN’s company goals and objectives. You will create engaging content, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and execute initiatives across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience and drive business growth through audience acquisition. The Digital and Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating content for our website and social media platforms, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of our campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience and customer engagement.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media channels.
  • Work alongside creative counterparts to maintain a unique, brand-right voice and aesthetic that considers the differing roles of each social media channel.
  • Build and maintain all social media communities including daily in-platform community management.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) across social media platforms and the company website.
  • Monitor social media trends, best practices, tools and emerging platforms to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media and digital marketing and apply new ideas to drive innovation.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Stay informed about the organization's target audience and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant industry contacts to amplify brand reach.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively.
  • Create and manage comprehensive social media marketing plans and calendars.


You Have These


Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing and management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media campaigns that drive results and meet specific objectives
  • Familiar with social media advertising platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a high aesthetic taste level
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent time and project management skills

Compensation
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The base salary for this position is $80,000-$90,000 with the potential of additional performance-based compensation.

The Power and Reach of Audio
