Pure Green Juice + Smoothie is looking for Team Members to join our Smoothie Makers in the Mercer Mall Center!

We are in the Princeton / Lawrenceville area. Pure Green is looking for health-minded team members to make our superfood smoothies and acai bowls and to ensure a great experience at Pure Green.

About the Position

Pure Green Juice + Smoothies is Hiring!

$13.00-$16.00 per hour. Compensation will be $13.00 per hour plus tips. Tips are expected to add $2.00-$3.00+ per hour for total compensation of $13.00 to $16.00+ per hour.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Day, Evening and Weekend availibility is required.
• Must be able to work 3 or more shifts per week.

Our new team members will train on-site to learn about our products and hospitality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and blend smoothies and bowls to our recipe specifications and guest preference
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our smoothie and bowl menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
• Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Learn about the various health benefits of our products/ingredients and share that knowledge with customers.
• Comply with all company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all products and store areas
• Use basic math skills to calculate the correct amounts of smoothie mix and ice.
• Follow all health code regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Passionate about healthy lifestyles, nutrition and serving the local community
• Thrive working as part of a team
• Ability to handle working in a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused environment
• Quick and adaptable learner
• Previous food service experience (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
