Job Purpose
Primary focus of this seasonal position is monitoring skaters on the rink and ensuring optimal skating conditions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor skaters and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
- Responsible for alerting managers to any unsafe or potentially hazardous skating conditions
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- Assist guests during incidents or falls and contact management when necessary
- Maintain rink during inclement weather or as needed
- Practice excellent customer service on and off the rink
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and guests
- Assist set-up and take down for special events
- Required to attend all training sessions and staff meetings
- Any other duties as assigned
