Schedule: Full time

Pay: $43,919 per year with housing, $48,959 per year without housing

Location: Camp Courage North in Lake George, MN

How You'll Contribute:

• Work directly with individuals and group leaders as well as internal departments to coordinate guests needs
• Hire, train, and mentor departmental staff
• Provide leadership and supervision to employees in retreats, foodservice, housekeeping, and facilities departments, including performance management
• Schedules and manages the day-to-day operations
• Acts as manager on duty when on site
• Manages Camping Together relationships
• Operates various types of equipment

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years maintenance experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience including food service
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
