Shipping & Distributuib Clerk-Ripon

Assigned Shipping & Distributuib Clerk is responsible for the coordination of workflow documentation between the Case & Label Department and the Warehouse to ensure that customer orders are shipped accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Completes Customer service functions as necessary.

• Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.

• Responsible for completing all required shipping documents ( BOL, Manifests).

• Maintains files of all required shipping documents.

• Completes Inventory reconciliations as required.

• Communicates with OTR truck drivers and Warehouse forklift drivers

Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office software.

• Detail oriented.

• Have good customer service skills.
