A Workplace & Job Readiness Instructor at Capabilities trains and guides Job and Family Services participants on-site at Clark County Job and Family Services to help them learn the skills necessary for their job search and successful employment.

DESCRIPTION:
You get to work one-on-one with people to teach workplace and job readiness using documented procedures and curriculum. You work with scheduled class participants, training participants on topics such as:
- Goal setting & Time Management
- Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving
- Employer Expectations and Work Ethic
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Financial Life Skills
- Mock Interviews
- Resumes

REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma/GED or above.
2. Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3. A clean driving record and ability to teach people to drive in company vehicles.
4. Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
