Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm $20.00/HR- No nights, weekends or holidays! 12 paid holidays off!

Aspire Living & Learning is looking for a results-oriented person with strong people skills to join our team as a Enhanced Family Care Manager. In this leadership position, the SLC is instrumental in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health disabilities in residential settings. As part of the team, this person would be responsible for ensures the supports necessary for individuals live a happy and satisfying life of their choosing. This includes being active in their communities, learning new skills, developing meaningful relationships, and having opportunities for new experiences.

Some Essential Functions of the job include:

  • Leading the Aspire residential team to provide excellent services;
  • Interviewing, screening and contracting with quality Home Care Providers while providing oversight and mentorship
  • Overseeing the supports ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of individuals' served/ Participating in individual specific teams; Behavior plans including Medication Administration;
  • Ensuring regulatory and agency requirements are met;
  • Participating in internal and external committees and teams
  • Participating in on call duties as required;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Must demonstrate strong commitment to the Human Services field. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities are a plus.

CREDENTIALS – EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, related experience in discipline related to the delivery of supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
