Shokku Ramen is looking to fill multiple positions for Nashville's newest and most exciting original spicy ramen concept. We have positions available for Graveyard ,11am, 4pm, 7pm, and 9pm shifts. Shokku Ramen boasts an energetic, modern atmosphere with fun and exciting connotations of Japanese anime with a modern, trendy twist. We are looking for candidates who want to move forward with their careers and join our leadership team.
You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Job Requirements:
Must have great interpersonal communication and strong customer service skills.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and high energy environment.
Must be a team player and take initiative to learn and perform tasks independently.
Must be coachable with a positive attitude.
Must have the ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Must have food service/hospitality experience.
Must be able to follow recipes under guidance with ability to work toward independence.
Must have the ability to flexible schedule with availability to work an opening or closing shift, must also be available Saturdays.
Must be 18 years or older.
