Responsibilities for this Position

• Clears tables as needed. Resets with proper linen, china, silver and glassware.
• Provides water and bread throughout the meal to the guest.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Must be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
• Performs other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year restaurant experience.
• Must have pleasant and positive personality.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Must be hands-on.
• Must always present a hospitality mentality-warm and generous.
• Must always ensure a teamwork environment.

Technical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Excellent people skills.
• Must meet grooming standards.
