SEO Manager Job at Nomad Health Corporate
Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate expert in search engine optimization (SEO) to lead and execute our content strategy. This role is ideal for a proven technical SEO expert, including knowledge of front-end and back-end optimization. Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Serve as an evangelist for SEO across the company, working with cross-functional teams to execute SEO best practices, update processes and improve communication
- Execute on day-to-day search initiatives, including news and trends research, keyword research, content gap analysis, optimization of existing content, and competitor analysis
- Monitor and analyze trends. Support trending content strategy that encompasses text, images, long and short-form video
- Optimize website content, landing pages, emails, and paid ads
- Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Champion principles of both storytelling and content organization
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on-board
- Think big and execute.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience as an SEO Manager and at least 1 year of managing direct reports
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO and search engine ranking factors
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ)
- Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GSC and Webmaster Tools)
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello and Monday

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $75,000 and $91,000 and for a candidate based in NYC to be between $89,000 and $107,000. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on individual and company performance.
