Our writers are a part of the user experience (UX) team and embed with our Agile scrum teams to collaborate, support, and build. Our work includes cutting edge public key infrastructure projects, post-quantum cryptography solutions, IoT security, and more.
POSITION OVERVIEW
You’ll document products for security-related software. You’ll produce in-product microcopy, in-product help copy, notifications, error messages, technical documentation, and more. You’ll own several products and projects. Remote work is supported for this role.

Empathize with your audience and anticipate user needs.

Follow your curiosity to learn more about technology and how people consume it.
Understand that your audience doesn’t read help docs as bedtime stories.
Self-edit and maintain high standards for your output.
Can juggle a few things at a time … like a bowling ball, a Rubick’s Cube, and a can of worms.
Lead by example to inspire your peers to always create new and better products.
WHAT YOU HAVE
3+ years of experience working in product design
Education in UX, design, writing, or psychology preferred
Example designs and content required
Experienced UI/UX content creator
Previous experience in a writerly endeavor
Entrepreneurial, motivated, and a self-starter
Committed and enthusiastic communicator
NICE TO HAVES
We are always on the lookout for folks with advanced degrees.
End-to-end problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strengths in:
APIs, rest, Postman, architecture, and appearance
Git and Github
Tools, tool development, and tool maintenance
IoT
Block chains
Quantum concepts and terminology
PKI
XML
Programming languages like Python, Go, Rust, etc.
Data visualization
Data realization
RegEx
Search engine optimization for a single corporate search for use in concert with localization and globalization
Salary range: $125k-$160k (actual salary offered to a candidate within this range will depend on a variety of factors including relative levels of experience and education, years in this or essentially similar role, market competition, etc)
