PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Reporting to the Chief of Talent, the primary role of the Senior Recruiter handles full cycle recruitment in a wide range of roles. The summary below provides a detailed list of responsibilities and is not limited to additional responsibilities deemed necessary as set forth by the Chief of Talent.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Full cycle recruiting from end to end for all positions, including sourcing, prescreening, moving candidates through the recruitment process with hiring managers, and extending offers.
  • Experience with DEI and B current and best practices to support our mission
  • Assess the organizations recruiting needs and implement and improve the recruiting process.
  • Identify gaps, plan, design, develop and implement an effective and sustainable recruiting and sourcing strategy for the organization.
  • Find creative ways to find candidates (job fairs, schools, universities).
  • Train hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees.
  • Works with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, job duties, and skills required.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Posts open positions on a variety of relevant job boards, and coordinates and participates in job fairs.
  • Screens and schedules candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitates interview process (internal interviews and external).
  • Monitors and tracks approved open requisitions.
  • Maintains Paycom talent acquisition platform.
  • Maintains career sites, job postings: Paycom, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Creates offer letters.
  • Distributes new hire documents.
  • Maintains job descriptions.
  • Creates and maintains a current list of posting sites.
  • Tracks internal referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in aligning field OR (3 to 5) years of experience in Recruiting.

  • 3-5 years of Recruiting experience.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom experience is preferred).

  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements (unions) is preferred.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with great interpersonal and communication skills.
